As of yesterday morning around 10am, our new solar panels are ON and doing their thing.

Also, we voted. Our ballots are in the mail. Massachusetts had a record nine ballot questions this time, which is ridiculous. The single most ridiculous question was about repealing our wildly popular recreational marijuana law, which passed in 2016.
Hard NO on Question 8.

Congratulations on the new solar panels. It’s the best thing to do honestly I have solar panels installed too and they’re such a relief compared to the governments electricity here in Lebanon which only comes 2 hours or 4 per day and the generators that are really expensive.

My goodness! That’s a real burden to have electricity only 2-4 hours per day. Do you live in the southern part of Lebanon?

Yes it is a burden, but we got used to it, it’s been this way for years, that’s for the government electricity. There are generators in each village and city but they are much more expensive than government electricity, but you can’t do anything we need electricity. 4 years ago we installed solar panels and its was a relief since then. And I live in the mountains, I’m far from Southern Lebanon.

Good! I’m glad you’re safe in the mountains and have reliable solar energy. We’re somewhat regretting not buying the battery backup with our panels, but that was really extra expensive. We may add it next year though.

Thank you 🙏 yes batteries are expensive but it’s a great investment in the future. I hope you’d be able to add them next year.
