Waiting for the plow guy to come and do our driveway, I’m trying not to be too antsy. Normally my husband snowblows the driveway, but not this year—the year of the knee. I cannot and will not operate a snowblower. I’m not that much of a feminist.
The word of this winter will have to be patience. That’s the only way we’re gonna get through it.

I’m jealous of your view from the window… so cool. I like that you dubbed it the year of the knee. It’s got a good ring to it. I’m sure there will be many lessons in patience along the way…

He needs the other knee replaced too and is planning on March/April, so 2026 is definitely going to be challenging.

🙂 Fair. While there is abundance in the bird category, I’m not seeing too many deer, so I’d love to see that sight! 🙂 Will have to get more out to the coast, I think.
